Note) 2. Regenerative brake frequency indicates the allowable frequency of deceleration and stopping from the rated rotation speed on a single motor without the regenerative option. However, when a load is applied, the value is 1/ (m+1) in the table (m = moment of load inertia/moment of motor inertia). When the rated rotational speed is exceeded, the frequency of regenerative braking is inversely proportional to the square (operating speed/rated speed). In the case where the operating speed changes frequently or when it becomes a normal regenerative state such as vertical feeding, calculate the regenerative heat amount (W) during operation and do not exceed the allowable regenerative power (W). Since the optimum regenerative resistor is different for each system, the capacity selection software (free download from the mitsubishi electric FA website) is available. Use and select the best regenerative resistor. For information about the allowable regenerative power of a regenerative resistor, see regeneration options.

Note) 4. However, when a speed reducer is attached, the speed reducer part is equivalent to IP44.
Note) 5. The direction of vibration is shown in the figure. The value is the value of the part that represents the maximum value (usually the anti-load side bracket). When the motor is stopped, fretting is likely to occur on the bearing, so suppress vibration to about half of the allowable value.

Note) 7.it is recommended that the unbalanced torque be used at 70% or less of the rated torque in machines where unbalanced torque occurs, such as the lifting shaft.
Note) 8. When you use HF-SP52 with MR-J3W-77B, you can use it by setting parameter no.po04 to □□1□ in the case of servo amplifier with software version earlier than B2. For servo amplifiers with software version B3 or later, parameter setting is not required.
Note: 9. When using the FX3U-20SSC-H controller, the MR-J3W-77B in combination with the HF-SP52 is supported by software version B3 or later.
