Boasting sixteen contact inputs for units in the Universal Relays series, General Electric Multilin’s UR-6DH is a Digital I/O Module that can replace current modules or provide new capabilities to the given system. This Digital I/O Module allows the relay to communicate with equipment in the power system without the expensive hardwiring that would otherwise be required.

Communication and parameters collected by the UR-6DH module can be better interfaced with using GE Multilin’s flagship EnerVista UR software program, which provides a vastly improved user interface over the simple keypad and LCD method. EnerVista offers Viewpoint Monitoring and Viewpoint Maintenance tools to easily edit settings relating to digital I/O communications and the module’s functionality.

This particular module only contains Form-C contacts; users should ensure they do not have a need for Form-A or fast Form-C before purchasing this model.
