The MR-J3 series of servo drives offer cutting-edge technology and user-friendly operation while maintaining a compact design. Advanced features like a vibration suppression system and real-time autotuning guarantee precise control of positioning with little delay during installation. Plus, the slim 40% size reduction amplifiers are a notable improvement compared to previous units.
Available in three different versions, there is an MR-J3 servo drive suitable for almost every situation. The MR-J3-A line is perfect for conventional system applications and capable of regulating speed, torque, and position with ease. For even more versatility, MR-J3-A models with an EtherCAT option are available. The MR-J3-B series is made for multi-axis movements and integration with networked automation systems, while a servo amplifier with built-in positioning (MR-J3-T) is also available.
Mitsubishi Electric's Motion Control and positioning control systems can easily configure themselves with the MR-J3 series via plug and play. These units are connected through a high-speed optical SSCNET III network with a cycle period of just 0.44 milliseconds. At present, the MR-J3 is available with outputs ranging from 50W to 55kW, with additional units featuring higher outputs set to join the line soon.
