The operation of SGDB SERVOPACK is based on orders sent through serial communication or contacts.

 

 

Using SGDB

Servopack Operation Mode

SGDB SERVOPACK has four operation modes.

These modes can be switched through contact at any time.

 

After the input of the automatic mode

command position data, the operation performs the input of the start signal position
based on the input data.

The operation method in automatic mode can be selected from the following: station number,
digital switch, serial communication and command table.

 

Manual mode
The servomotor runs at a constant speed while a manual mode signal is being inputted.

Pulse mode

Positioning is performed by a pulse train command from an external pulse generator.

 

1. Pulse system: line driver, line receiver

2. Pulse Form: Two-phase pulse train with 90 degree phase difference (×1) (maximum 450 kpps).
Sine + Pulse Train (Max 450 kpps)
CW + CCW Pulse Train (Max 450 kpps)

 

An external PG input is triggered when there is an /LPG signal input.
