SGDB Series SERVOPACK

 

The operation of the SGDB SERVOPACK is based on commands sent via serial or contact communication.

 

The position information of the motor is set in the SERVO-PACK, and there is no need to form a speed or position feedback loop between

the host controller and the SERVOPACK.

Furthermore, acceleration and deceleration patterns can also be created based on user settings in SERVOPACK.

 

SERVOPACK Operation

Mode SGDB SERVOPACK has four modes of operation.

This mode can be changed at any time through contact.

 

Automatic mode

Following the input of command position data, the signal input start operation serves
positioning based on the input data.

The method of operation in automatic mode can be selected from the following: Station number,
digital switch, serial communication, and command table.

 

Servomotor manual

mode runs at a constant speed while the manual mode signal is being entered.

Pulse Mode Positioning is performed by the pulse circuit command of an external pulse generator.

2. Pulse form: Two-phase pulse train with 90° (×1) phase difference (max. 450 kpps)
In + pulse train (max 450 kpps)

CW + CCW pulse train (max. 450 kpps)

 

An external PG input is triggered when a /LPG signal is entered.
