The servo amplifier has a built-in positioning function that allows for positioning operation by setting position and rotational speed data in the positioning table and receiving the start signal from the main controller. The CC-Link communication can be used to complete the setting of the position and speed of the positioning table, as well as the start and stop operation.

The MR-J3-D01 extension IO unit can be used to enable the DI/O instruction to select and locate the table, but CC-Link cannot be used for MR-J3-D01 communications.

It is suitable for high frequency positioning and acceleration/deceleration operations in injection molding machines and large presses MR-J3-11KT4 MITSUBISHI.

Material handling system, industrial robots, and X-Y working table

The HF-SP/HF-JP series servo motor is also suitable for material handling system, industrial robots, and X-Y working table. Its protection level is IP67 (except the shaft part). The medium inertia, medium power servo motor (rated output: 1.5kW, rated speed: 2000r/min) has two types of low speed and high speed, which are suitable for different applications. The motor's shaft end is standard (straight axis), and its IP level is IP67.

The HF-SP/HF-JP series servo motor comes with the motor capacity selection soft (MRZJW3-MOTSZ111E), which has a friendly interface design. Users only need to input constant and operation mode in the mechanical description window to choose the best servo amplifier, servo motor, and regenerative braking options. Users can also choose linear servo motor and direct drive motor MR-J3-11KT4 in the selection window. The software can display 10 typical mechanical transmission structures to choose from, as well as user defined operating modes (location and speed control). In the selection process, the feed speed and torquue can be displayed in a graphical format, and the calculation process can be displayed. With this free software, users can easily calculate the power of the servo motor.
